Founder of Nueva Trova and possessor of a beautiful voice holding a wide register. He studied music at Ignacio Cervantes Conservatoire from Havana City.

Being a pupil of the luminaries Harold Gramatges and Jesús Ortega. He pursued a career as actor at Teatro Estudio Group and National Conjunt of Spectacles, he joined, in addittion, Mayohuacán and Jelengue.

He is currently working since 1979 with the remarkable artist Carlos Ruiz de la Tejera at medleys of poems, songs and humor, performing successfully in Cuba, Latin America, Europe and Africa.


Jesús del Valle's versatility, which is runnig from drama to humor, plus his performances have gained the public and critic's appraisal. His interpretative quality was shown when he worked as solist, in the symphony presented at Amadeo Roldán Theater by National Symphonic Orchestra devoted to the outstanding musician Manuel Duchesne Doménech.
