With this three statements, promotional slogan serving as identification, Ediciones Cubanas opened its commercial action to the world, placing the book at the most diverse places, creating as consequence, a reader public with its own demands and desires.

Ediciones Cubanas is having a net of book shops, ideal places to commercialize Cuban books and some others from well-known foreign Publishing Houses, plus serial publications, posters, postcards, Cuban music on cassetts and compact disks, among others. All duty undertook according to the demands of the present times, has the major, but not unique purpose of promoting the Cuban literature to satisfy the expectations of a large and heterogenous amount of readers.

In this new edition of the Book Fair, Ediciones Cubanas will have four pavilions, readying an ample selection of titles from Cuban Publishing Houses, Océano de España and Grijalbo Mondadori Houses plus a space for Opportunities, offering a marvelous selection of titles aimed at becoming a strong attraction for all those looking for a nice and instructive reading. The younger readers can also enjoy new versions, profusely illustrated in full color, of the classical staples.

Professionals and readers having different preferences and interests will surely advice the value of those titles tackling Cuban and universal themes such as novels, short stories, poetry, history, sport, health, science, among others. For all these reasons, the International Book Fair in Havana, is one of the most acclaimed events of tbe year.

During the fair, Edicones Cubanas also negotiates with foreing editorials, pursuing a further commercialization of Cuban titles outside the island. We also offer the service to national clients to approach specialized wholesales in any of our pavilions, keeping under custody any delivering until the receipt arrives.
