All
persons interesed in modalities: delegate,
exhibitor and professional visitor. Delegate will be the name
for all those interesed in presenting works approaching Symposium
themes and actively participate in its development.
The symposium will be held from May 12 to 16,
2003 having as venue, the Conferences Salon of Pabexpo Fairground.
Exposure Modalities will be:
 Conference
(Up to 40 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes for Forum)
Paper (Up to
20 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes for Forum)
Panel (Admits
up to 3 attendees together, up to 40 minutes of presentation and
15 minutes for Forum)
The official languages of this Symposium to which translation is
guaranteed: Spanish and English.
Delegates will have the right with previous registration payment
of 150.00 USD to receive the official documentation, to attend all
symposium sessions, free entrance to the fairground and to have
a free ticket for all the concerts forming part of the CUBADISCO
2003 programming.
The delegates being accepted as exhibitors will have a free registration.
In the case of the exhibitors, they should send their curricular
information, title and review of the work up to 250 words, on WORD
document (.doc or rtf), plus request of technnical equipment necesary
to illustrate their presentation. Curricular information, works'
titles and reviews are indispensable to organize and edit the Symposium
Scientific Program.

Inscriptions, works and reviews deadlines will be up to February
28, 2003. Fifteen days lafter, the organizers will respond the approval
or not for the proposal works.
Organizers reserve the right of publishing works in the event memories,
for this, the entire text will be requested to the authors.
